My journey to becoming a personal trainer has not been easy, but it has shaped my passion for helping others. After facing struggles with alcohol and drugs, I discovered clarity and purpose through running. With a BSc (Hons) degree in Sport & Exercise Science and over 100 hours of experience working with clients dealing with mental health challenges, I truly care about each individual's journey. I focus on your full lifestyle and tailor my approach to meet your specific needs.
