What is your payment and refund policy?

Payments are made via bank transfer as a block booking every month to secure your training sessions. Refunds are only available if cancellation is made at least 12 hours before the scheduled session. This policy ensures fairness and allows me to adjust my schedule efficiently.

How often should I work out?

The frequency depends on your fitness level and goals. For general health, aim for 3-5 sessions per week. If you're targeting weight loss or muscle gain, 4-6 sessions with varying intensity is ideal. Balance rest and recovery days to avoid burnout.

What’s the best way to lose weight?

Weight loss happens when you burn more calories than you consume. Combine strength training to build muscle (which increases metabolism), cardio to burn calories, and a balanced, calorie-controlled diet. Consistency and patience are key.

How long will it take to see results?

You might start noticing small changes in 4-6 weeks, such as improved endurance or slight muscle definition. Significant changes like weight loss or muscle gain can take 8-12 weeks or longer, depending on consistency and effort.

Can I target fat loss in specific areas?

Unfortunately, spot reduction isn’t possible. Fat loss happens all over your body and is influenced by genetics. However, you can tone and strengthen specific muscles to improve the appearance of those areas as you lose fat overall.
