I’m a Personal Trainer at the Royal Commonwealth Pool in Edinburgh, specialising in strength training, running coaching, muscle building and sustainable weight loss. My coaching combines structured training with simple, supportive guidance to improve both physical fitness and mental health. Whether you want to get stronger, run faster, lose weight or build confidence, I offer 1-to-1 coaching at the Royal Commonwealth Pool for clients across Newington, Marchmont and the Edinburgh Southside.
